Treatments carried out through the use of paper/computer tools with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum safety and confidentiality do not involve the use of automated decision-making processes. Treatments  are  carried out by authorized persons acting under the responsibility of the Owner and of entities acting as Managers or Independent Owners. In addition, the Holder will discontinue the treatment when the notice of withdrawal of the previously manifested consent is received by him if the consent is the legal basis for the treatment.

You are entitled to complain to the Control Authority if your requests for information to the Holder have not resulted in satisfactory responses.

10. Privacy changes

The holder reserves the right to edit, update, add, or remove parts of this privacy policy at your own discretion and at any time.
